Summer is drawing to a close in Greene County, but that doesn't mean all the fun is over for the year. In fact, our REALTORS® are still looking forward to one of our favorite events of the year—the Beavercreek Popcorn Festival.
This annual tradition has become a treasured local event, and we can't wait to see what this year's festival brings. Here's what you can expect from the Beavercreek Popcorn Festival in 2019!
The Beavercreek Popcorn Festival has been going strong for more than 30 years and has become the event that many Ohioans look forward to all summer long. And since parts of the 2018 Popcorn Festival were unexpectedly canceled due to stormy weather, the 2019 iteration of the event is more hotly anticipated than ever!
Taking place the weekend after Labor Day (September 7th and 8th, 2019), the Beavercreek Popcorn Festival offers two full days packed with live entertainment, games, vendors, activities for the whole family, and lots of food and drink. And it probably goes without saying that if you like popcorn, you'll love this festival.

One of the things our REALTORS® love about the holiday season in Ohio is that there are so many different ways to ring in the New Year. Whether you're in the mood for ice skating with the family, seeing the Globetrotters play basketball or going for a run, be sure to check out one of these fun ways to celebrate New Year's Eve.

Twinkling lights, falling snow – there's nothing quite like the magic of the holidays. Here in Beavercreek, our REALTORS® always look forward to the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration at The Greene. It marks the official beginning of the holiday season, and it's right around the corner.
We look forward to the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration and Santa Arrival Parade all year long in Beavercreek, and at last, it's almost here! This year's event arrives on Thursday, November 15 at The Greene Town Center, and it's the perfect way to get the holiday season started right. The festivities begin at 6 pm, and you don't want to miss it!
