Christmas Tree Lighting at The Greene in Beavercreek
Twinkling lights, falling snow – there's nothing quite like the magic of the holidays. Here in Beavercreek, our REALTORS® always look forward to the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration at The Greene. It marks the official beginning of the holiday season, and it's right around the corner.
Christmas Comes to Beavercreek
We look forward to the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration and Santa Arrival Parade all year long in Beavercreek, and at last, it's almost here! This year's event arrives on Thursday, November 15 at The Greene Town Center, and it's the perfect way to get the holiday season started right. The festivities begin at 6 pm, and you don't want to miss it!
Live music by Anthony Mossburg gets the event off to a festive start at 6 pm, followed by the colorful Santa Arrival Parade at 7 pm. The tree lighting will commence at 7:15, and the glow of the 50-foot tree in the heart of The Greene is something spectacular to behold. Santa will be there to oversee the lighting, assisted by a child from the Make a Wish Foundation. Stick around afterward for an opportunity to get a photo with Santa starting at 8 pm.
Holiday Carriage Rides
Of course, it wouldn't be Christmas without a chance to take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage, and visitors to The Greene are in luck this holiday season! Carriage rides will be available at The Greene Town Center on the night of the Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration from 8 to 10 pm. Pick up and drop off is at the south side of the Square at Glengarry Drive.
You'll also have a chance to take a Carriage ride every Saturday from 6 to 10 pm at The Greene, starting on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and continuing right up until Christmas weekend. Rides will be available for $10 per person or $15 per couple, and all children 15 and under can ride for free with a paying adult.
