Fairborn Sweet Corn Festival

  This year marks the 43rd annual Fairborn Sweet Corn Festival, taking place at Community Park around the corner from Fairborn homes for sale. Naturally, the food is a major attraction for this festival, with literal tons of Ohio sweet corn brought to Fairborn for the event. Try sweet corn prepared in a wide range of tempting ways, along with summer favorites like fresh-cut watermelon, slow-cooked barbecue, and a great selection of sandwiches.

• Shopping from Fantastic Local Vendors
  The Fairborn Sweet Corn Festival is also an excellent place to shop local, with a vendor village featuring more than 130 vendors offering everything from food to arts, crafts, gifts, and great homemade items. There will also be a variety of community service booths from local community organizations, offering fun activities, educational materials, and the chance to connect with the community.

• Family Fun All Weekend Long
  Of course, there's plenty more to see at this fun event throughout the weekend. Watch the King & Queen be crowned, visit the children's area for pony rides along with other family-friendly activities, or grab a seat near the entertainment stage for live music all weekend long. There will also be a special Corn Eating Contest on Saturday, pitting the City of Fairborn against Wright-Patterson AFB to crown the champions.

Beavercreek Popcorn Festival

• Fall in Love with Flavorful Popcorn Recipes and Cooking Techniques
  The Beavercreek Popcorn Festival is a celebration of all things popcorn, featuring diverse cooking techniques used to prepare the treat and a variety of popcorn recipes from around the world. There will be demonstrations on different ways of making popcorn, as well as the chance to try out the delicious results for yourself. You'll discover dozens of different food and popcorn vendors spread throughout the event, each offering something unique.

• Sign Up for Fun Additional Events
  You'll find a variety of fun events associated with the Popcorn Festival near Beavercreek homes for sale, including the chance for an invigorating run on a September morning. The Popcorn Festival 5K & Fitness Walk takes place on Saturday morning before the day's other events, providing the perfect chance to do something healthy before indulging in delicious popcorn.
