If you want to spice up your weekly routine and discover new culinary flavors, then you need to visit these Beavercreek international restaurants.

People worldwide are getting around more, traveling to and making homes in locations that were once known for their homogeneity so that all kinds of nationalities can be found in Europe, Asia, and — well, even Beavercreek, for example. So if you're considering shopping for a home in Beavercreek homes for sale,  you're likely to find a richer mix of people from all over the place than a few decades ago.

One way to sample that mix is by dining out locally and discovering flavors from around the world. Our REALTORS® know just where to go, so read on and then get out and enjoy some of these inspiring restaurants.

  1. Amber Rose Restaurant and Catering. 1400 Valley St., Dayton
Few Americans are well versed in Eastern European Cuisine, but there's a rich opportunity to enjoy it at a distinctive restaurant in Old North Dayton. The Amber Rose Restaurant specializes in German, Lithuanian, Polish, Russian, Hungarian, and Italian cuisines. When you come, be sure to stop by the bar and note that it's made of imported Turkish marble — it's a great setting for a drink and an appetizer. You'll want to order some of the exemplary and hard-to-find European beers and wines.

  2. House of Thai. 3230 Seajay Dr., Beavercreek
Thai food has become one of the most favored Asian cuisines in our country. Located close to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base,  House of Thai is known for its fresh ingredients. The owner of House of Thai is Chef Mam, who began her career in Thailand, where she owned several restaurants. Try delicious Thai soups, stir fry, fried rice, noodles, Thai curries, seafood, and many other signature dishes.

  3. Salar.  The Emporium, 400 E. 5th St., Dayton
Located in the historic Dayton district of Oregon, Salar offers a menu of World-fusion cuisine with influences of French, Peruvian, and Mediterranean cultures. This oh-so-stylish restaurant offers global cuisine and two lovely bars for sipping and sampling. Patrons consistently rave about the service. The menu is varied, and if you have a yen to sample food from around the world, this is the place to go. Try Chicken Benedict or Lamb Shaksuka for brunch, then for dinner, start with Chicken Chicharrones, then choose Northern Peruvian Style Lamb Shanks.

  4. Taste of Belgium. 10 Greene Blvd., Beavercreek
What do you know about Belgian cuisine? Not much? Why not start simple with Belgian-inspired waffles from Beavercreek's own Taste of Belgium, a restaurant group that puts a new twist on traditional Belgian recipes; likewise, they take American classics and "Belgianize" them. This group started in Ohio when Jean-Francois Flechet brought back a 120-pound cast iron waffle iron from Belgium and began drawing a huge waffle-eating crowd in his several eateries. See for yourself at our Taste of Belgium in The Greene. Come along and try this "elegant cuisine served with a down-to-earth attitude."

  5. Eat Rice Chinese Restaurant. 2236 Smithville Road, Kettering
Love Chinese food? How about Chinese food that's a notch above most Cantonese emporiums? Yes, Eat Rice has all that stuff you're used to, but they've also got an entire section of healthful food with brown, white, or garlic sauce, and steamed entrees that will help you feel virtuous as you savor it. On the other hand, there are some high falutin' dishes like Seafood Delight, Happy Family, and Dragon and Phoenix to give you a new appreciation of Chinese cuisine.
