Searching for the perfect cup of coffee to start your morning? Here are the Beavercreek cafes you need to visit.

You're living your best life since you moved into Beavercreek homes for sale and/or Xenia homes for sale. You've got the best in cultural, education, and entertainment venues, all within easy access.

But what about a great cup of coffee? Yes, you've got that too.

Our REALTORS® are pleased to share with you some of the best places to grab a cup of coffee in our area. Let's have a look at their recommendations.

  1. Coffee Hub and Bakery. 3375 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek;
    81 E. Main St., Xenia
    The Coffee Hub and Bakery has been around since 2017 — serving up delicious specialty espresso drinks, cold brew, drip coffee, homemade chai, teas, frappes, donuts, and gluten-free baked goods. The Coffee Hub is just right for your morning wake-me-up, reading the news on your handheld device, or maybe meeting a friend and having a chat. It's also a great place for hosting group events and meetings. Need a caterer for a corporate event or a small group? The Coffee Hub can help.

  2. Reza's Roasterie. 1474 N. Fairfield Road, Beavercreek
    If ethical sourcing is important to you, then look no further than Reza's Roasterie. Reza's roasts their coffee every week in its state-of-the-art machine. A purposely "green" coffee machine, the Loring roaster allows the company to duplicate the fine taste of the roasts consistently. Reza's proudly proclaims its ethics, which includes buying the best green coffee and tirelessly duplicating the results of roasting trials — fine-tuning along the way until they get the same high standards, time after time.

  3. Cherry House Cafe. 1241 Meadow Bridge Drive, Beavercreek
    Do you fancy your coffee in a cozy setting? Great, because the Cherry House Cafe is waiting for you, with coffee and more. All food is prepared from scratch, and you can enjoy homestyle selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Daily specials — from a Chicken Salad Sampler to a Sloppy Joe Sandwich — will tempt you, while the cafe's Boxed Lunches, with a sandwich, side, and cookie, will provide a welcome alternative to fast food. Are you planning a party? Ask about Cherry House Cafe's party trays, which include a diversity of sandwiches and salads.

  4. Winan's Coffee and Chocolates. 3510 Pentagon Blvd., Beavercreek
    Coffee and chocolate — yum. They just go together. And the good news is that fall flavors are here at Winan's Coffee and Chocolates, such as Autumn Twilight, Cozy Caramel, Pumpkin Pie Latte, or Pumpkin Chai. Try the fresh-roasted coffees by the pound, like Pumpkin Spice, Hazelnut Harvest, or Sea Salt Caramel. As to the chocolates, Winan's offers many options, but with the holidays fast approaching, you might consider an assorted box of dark or milk chocolates. Speaking of the holidays, how about a Winan's gift card? Do you sometimes need corporate gifts? Why not give locally sourced Winan's products?

  5. Kava Haus Xenia. 29 E. Main St., Xenia
    Locally owned Kava Haus Xenia specializes in artisan coffees and foods. Regulars rave about the coffee but love the breakfast sandwiches and scones, too. Kava Haus is also well known for their pizza. If you're ever in town on business, stop by for breakfast and try their delicious waffles, with the maple syrup and butter mixed together. It's a small shop with a very local vibe.

If you're new to town, getting out for a cup of coffee is a lovely way to get to know the area better and possibly even make some new friends.
