Ready to explore Beavercreek? Here are some of the top attractions you have to see.

There's a lot to see and do in Beavercreek — as you've probably discovered. Whether you've just moved in or you're thinking of buying a house from Beavercreek homes for sale, you're bound to have seen that Beavercreek and environs encompass a dynamic and lively community. If you're like us, you think community is as important as the house you live in, or amenities such as education, shopping, and services.

Our REALTORS® are in the know when it comes to exploring Beavercreek. Let's have a look at their recommendations.

  1. The Greene Town Center. 4452 Buckeye Lane, Beavercreek
    The Greene Town Center
is a real hub for the Beavercreek community. With numerous shops, restaurants, a movie theater, salons, and a spa. The Greene Town Center is also the site for a Summer Concert Series, a Food Truck Rally, Yoga lessons, a Comedy Club, Children's Park, Beer Fest, Beach Party, and more. The Greene is also a living environment offering luxury studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and townhome residential offerings.

  2. The National Museum of the United States Air Force. 1100 Spaatz St., Wright-Patterson, Dayton
The world's largest military aviation museum, the National Museum of the United States Air Force has more than 350 aerospace vehicles and missiles and thousands of artifacts on 19 acres of indoor exhibit space. Museum exhibitions include Early Years, World War II, Korean War, Southeast Asia, Cold War, Missile, Space, and many more. The museum also has different events, including Plane Talks, the 76th Anniversary of the U.S. Air Force on Saturday, Sept. 16, Open Aircraft days, Discover Steampunk: A Hands-on Adventure on Sept. 24, Troops and Treats on Oct. 21, and others.

  3. Mall at Fairfield Commons. 2727 Fairfield Commons, Beavercreek
Another mall that serves as a meeting place for locals with a diversity of interests, the Mall at Fairfield Commons offers some fine stores, a variety of restaurants, offices for local businesses, jewelry repair shops, nail shops, and a movie theater. The mall also hosts events, such as the Rally House Sweepstakes for Dayton Dragon on Sept. 9, and the Pelotonia Challenge, where you can help raise money for cancer research.

  4. Southern Ohio Brewery. 818 Factory Road, Dayton
    Southern Ohio Brewery
is where locals gather for sampling craft beer styles from the on-site brewhouse. It's family owned and operated, and is an ideal setting for getting together with family and friends, or with coworkers after hours. Besides wine, you can try the house-made hard seltzer. Southern Ohio Brewery is located on the Creek Side Trail branch of the Miami Valley Trails bike trail. As such, you can stop off from your ride and enjoy the outdoor space, which includes a covered beer garden and an expansive lawn with comfortable Adirondack chairs.

  5. Creekside Reserve. 761 Factory Road, Beavercreek
One of the things you'll quickly discover about the Beavercreek area is all the natural areas for walking and hiking, cycling, and communing with the outdoors. In Creekside Reserve, there's a 3.5-mile trail for hiking or cycling. There's a flat bikeway that's hard-surfaced and easy to ride. Hiking on woodland trails will take you closer to wildlife, such as coyotes, woodpeckers, deer, rabbits, and many other creatures, and some beautiful, wild settings, including a constructed wetland.
