  1. What kind of town is Beavercreek?
Beavercreek's population is just under 48,000 people. The town encompasses about 26.6. square miles, and is located 5 miles from downtown Dayton — a short commute of 12 to 15 minutes. Beavercreek's weather is typical of the midwestern climate: warm summers and cold winters, with stunning glimpses of all four seasons. Beavercreek gets about 40 inches of precipitation a year, with 16 inches of that as snow.

  2. Should you worry about crime in Beavercreek?

  3. What's the level of affluency in Beavercreek?
Beavercreek might best be described as upper-middle class. Homes here cost an average of around $200,000 — somewhat higher than the average Ohio home price, but lower than most large urban centers. And with the help of our expert guidance, we'll find a property for your that suits your budget. Homeowners typically pay less for transportation and groceries too, which is a nice bonus.

  4. What is there to do in Beavercreek?
Keep in mind that Dayton is close by if you want a bigger city for dining or entertainment, but you may find plenty to keep you busy closer to home. For instance: there are two malls, The Greene and the Mall at Fairfield Commons, complete with shops, theaters, and nice restaurants; the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force; a local landmark, the Hindu Temple, that might either be of interest as an exploration or photography locale, or if you're Hindu, as a place of worship; the Great Escape Game; bowling at Round 1 and Beaver-Vu Bowling; Beavercreek Golf Course; and Rave Cinemas. There are also several pubs with local brews.

  5. What's on the local menu?
When you don't want to drive to Dayton, you're all set for takeout or dining in at these popular restaurants: What da Pho? (Vietnamese); WO Wrights Grill & Pub for thin-crust pizza; the Wellington Grille for standard American fare; Black Rock Bar and Grill, located in the Mall at Fairfield Commons; House of Thai; and Cherry House Cafe, a quaint eatery featuring home-style grub.

  6. Are there biking, hiking, or nature walking venues nearby?
