Looking for a reason to stay in Beavercreek? Here are some of the top attractions you won't find anywhere else.

As you settle into the home you bought from Beavercreek homes for sale, you may be wondering what's to do in the neighborhood. You probably checked out the scene when you were evaluating neighborhoods to live in, but since then you've likely been busy moving, with all that entails, and haven't had time to get out on the town. In case you're not sure where to go, we've got a few recommendations for where to start your explorations. So take a break one afternoon and see what's going on in your Beavercreek neighborhood.

  1. The Greene Town Center. 4452 Buckeye Lane, Beavercreek
The Greene Town Center is Shopping Central for your Beavercreek neighborhood. You'll find familiar stores such as Talbot's, Victoria's Secret, Eddie Bauer, J Crew Factory, and Ulta,  and there's also the venerable Von Maur Department Store. Feeling hungry? The Greene is a great place to meet for lunch or dinner at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Club Oceano Seafood and Bar, the Pub, or Fleming's Steakhouse and Bar. Get lost in the stacks at Book and Co., or get the latest cool device at the Apple Store. Catch a movie at Cinemark the Greene 14, or get in shape at Esporta Fitness.

  2. The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, 1100 Spaatz St, Dayton
Located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, is the world's largest military aviation museum. Take your out-of-town guests for a visit and see more than 350 aerospace vehicles and missiles, and thousands of artifacts located amid 19 acres of indoor exhibit space. Take a ride in a simulator or sit in the open cockpit of some of the storied military aircraft. There's also a museum store and cafe, so you can make a day of it.

  3. Hindu Temple of Dayton. 2615 Temple Lane, Beavercreek
For people who practice Hinduism, or simply if you would like to visit a Hindu Temple and learn about this fascinating culture and religion, plan a visit to the Hindu Temple of Dayton. The temple, which was built in 1976, is a beautiful building and offers glimpses of Hindu culture and art.

  4. Beaver-Vu Bowl. 1238 North Fairfield Road, Beavercreek.
Make new friends through bowling. Leagues are forming this spring — a perfect opportunity to get to know new people from your town. Beaver-Vu Bowl also hosts an after-school bowling program and a summer league for youth. Need a place to hold a party? The bowling center has the 300 Room for meetings and parties. Plus, Beaver-Vu Bowl will host two big tourneys: April 16, Midwest USA Adult-Junior Doubles Championships, and Easter "No-Tap" Sunday on April 17.

  5. Creekside Reserve. St. Rte. 35,  (between Factory Rd. & N. Fairfield Rd.) Beavercreek
Need to take a break and find some inner peace? Ohio has a lot to offer in terms of outdoor getaways, and Creekside Reserve, with its hiking trails, views of the Little Beaver Creek, a flood plain forest and meadows, is one of the best. You can hike, walk, camp, fish, walk the dog, get out on the water or just enjoy the view.

  6. Great Escape Game. 2332 Grange Hall, Beaverbrook.
Book rooms for up to 48 people to play your games at the Great Escape Game. Book through the website for your group to play in The Outbreak room, Bank Vault, Egyptian Tomb: Pharaohs' Revenge, and Area D: Nuclear facility.
