The trend to bring nature into our homes started some years ago, but it hasn't waned, and Laurel Leaf reflects that ongoing desire to surround ourselves with the natural world.

3. Art and Craft 
   Dunn-Edward's' color of the year, Art and Craft, is a "soft, sophisticated brown" redolent of walnut wood, and providing a peaceful effect. As Dunn-Edwards explains, this color expresses a current interior design trend that evokes back-to-nature tones for interiors.
   
   Described as "moody and complex," Art and Craft gives off a bohemian aesthetic of the '70s but also puts us in mind of the simpler, sustainable ethos of the cottagecore trend. Use it in dining rooms, bedrooms, and the living room. Make it come alive when set off with jewel tones such as sapphire, ruby, and emerald.
