For some of us, coffee is as necessary as water. Here are Beavercreek locales you can find the perfect cup.

Now that you're settling in the dream house you chose from Beavercreek homes for sale, it's time to get to know the neighborhood. What better way to explore your new surroundings than by checking out the best coffee locations in the area? You'll not only get to rate the java mojo in the various shops, but you may also create a new network of friends that will enrich your experience in your new locale.

Here are some of our most-favored coffee joints to sample.

  1. The Coffee Hub. 3375 Dayton Xenia Road. Beavercreek, OH 45432
Start your day at The Coffee Hub at 6 a.m. on weekdays. Feel like a little refresher after work? No problem. They are open till 9 p.m., serving gluten-free baked goods from their partner business, Purely Sweet, plus Espresso, Cold Brew, homemade Chai, Frappes, hot and iced tea, and Drip Coffee. If you're health-conscious — or thinking you'd like to be — try their gluten-free breakfast, touted as nutritious and flavorful, with fresh fruits and vegetables, plenty of vitamin-rich ingredients as well as other nutrients, and ethically sourced proteins.

  2. Winan's. 3510 Pentagon Blvd. Beavercreek, Ohio 45431 (Winan's has several locations)
Don't visit Winan's without reading the mission: you'll feel virtuous when you go. An early entrant in the specialty coffee movement, Winan's is proud of its coffee expertise, as well as its journey into providing locally manufactured products that the community can afford, as well as a respectful attitude toward the countries from which key ingredients in the coffee and handmade chocolates are derived. It also has a venerable history as a confectioner. You'll agree with Winan's founders that coffee and chocolate just go together. Smoothies and tea drinks are also on the menu.

  3. Epic Coffee. Castle Hills Shopping Plaza 22 W Stroop Rd. Kettering, OH 45429
Love fine-crafted coffees and desserts? Then Epic Coffee is for you. Just 16 minutes from Beavercreek, Epic has an extensive menu of coffee drinks, including Espresso, Machiatto, Red Eyes, Cortado, Affogato, Cubano, Cafe con Leche, Cappucino, and more, plus many tea drinks. Feel the need for a dash of ice cream with your Espresso? Epic has several versions of this zingy treat, or you can have it with Chai.

  4. Warehouse 4 Cafe and Bake Shop. 3131 Wilmington Pike. Kettering, OH 45429
It's not just the coffee at Warehouse 4 Cafe and Bake Shop, but also the space. Replete with an industrial aesthetic offset by warm, friendly staff attentive to your needs, Warehouse 4 is also famous for live music and fun events. Warehouse 4 is very much about being a "personal" oasis for its patrons, be it a quiet place to study, a venue to savor music and lively events, or just a meeting place for friends. Savor Drip and Cold Brew coffee, Espresso, tea drinks, and various herbal and caffeinated teas, plus scrumptious baked goods.

  5. Pettibone Coffee. 215 Woodman Drive, Riverside, OH 45431
If you're venturing a little farther afield into the Dayton area, stop by Pettibone Coffee, just 14 minutes away from Beavercreek. Sample a variety of coffee drinks, plus delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches, baked goods, and some exotic teas: Mah Wei Moonlight (white), Long Kou Faofeng (green), Jasmine Bai Hao (green), and Gao Wen (black), plus others.

Hope you enjoy your tour of Beavercreek's best coffee spots. When you're done, feel free to go forth and find more of your own.
